Covid makes telephone messaging more important than ever!
Just take a moment to think about your customers and how little they know about your business. Even the most loyal repeat customers do not know your complete product line or service offerings.

The Covid pandemic has made ongoing communication with your customers more important than ever. With many still in voluntary lockdown mode, brick and mortar business owners are seeing an ever-increasing amount of business being conducted via telephone.
“Small business owners across the US are in an impossible situation: They fear that their firms may go under in the coming months if state lockdowns caused by Covid-19 don’t end” said CNBC.
As of May, 69% of small businesses saw a decrease in revenue. Many had to let employees go, unable to continue paying with little or no income.
With each cloud there is a sliver lining. One of the most effective ways to communicate with your prospects and customers is with targeted messaging. It used to be highlighting your products, sales items, employee achievements and the like were a “no-brainer” in messaging. Today, it is also effective in breaking down the barriers to visits to your location. What your callers hear while on-hold, after hours and even before the phone rings during business hours can help bridge the gap created by the pandemic.
